I have a question about my roosters. I have 2 of them. They grew up together and they are 24 weeks old. I have a BO (Lance) which is the alpa and a BR (Bob). Today my BO was trying to mount one of the BO girls and she was screaming and wouldn't stay still for him, out of no where BR (Bob) came running up and starting pecking at the BO (Lance). It was like BR (Bob) was trying to protect the hen. BO (Lance) immediately got off the BO girl and walked over to the other girls then decided to chase BR (Bob). Is that normal behavior?
