I recently hatched some salmon faverolle eggs. Hens & rooster are supposed to be from quality stock. I’ve read that you can sex this breed reliably at 2 weeks old. I hope that I’m right in my guess that all 3 are hens but I want a second opinion please. Are these hens?

Too young to tell. And they are not hens or roosters. They are pullets and/or cockerels. A rooster is a male chicken over the age of a year. A hen is a female chicken over the age of a year. A pullet is a female chicken under the age of a year, and a cockerel is a male chicken under the age of a year.
My bad on what their technically called at that age. My stupid spellcheck wouldn’t let me use the name of young roosters. Keeps changing it on me!

Salmon favorelles are a sex link breed, from what I remember dark feathers are the male and light feathers are females. I hope that's correct.
That’s what I’ve read as well. All 3 have creams & browns in their wing feathers. Not much black on any of their feathers.
