2 week old Silkie has a swollen eye with scaly looking skin around it Can anyone help me out?

I received some Silkie chicks in the mail two weeks ago from my pet chicken. They have been in great health. Today I noticed that one of the babies has a swollen eye and the skin around it looks scaly (no puss or discharge) All the other chicks seem fine. These are my first silkies. Any ideas? Thank you

Do you have other chickens, or have you ever had a respiratory disease in your flock? Could the chick have been pecked by another? Maybe posting a picture would help.

Thanks for the reply, I do have a flock of 18 older chickens. Never any health problems. Im thinking it got pecked, Ill try to post a pic.
