    I am overrun with Cochin eggs! 2 weeks ago I introduced 3 new hens to this pen, who were previously with a Tolbunt Polish rooster, so you could get possibly still get some mixed chicks from those girls, but all others will be pure. I have 20 eggs from the last 3 days and will include whatever is laid tomorrow as well. This is what I have in the pen:

    Roos:
    1 Black Mottled
    2 Blue Mottled
    1 Splash Mottled Frizzle

    Hens:
    2 Blue Mottled
    1 Splash
    1 Red
    1 Blue
    2 Black
    1 Red Frizzle

    All Mottled Cochins are from jimnjay and are very nice, SQ. The other colors are breeder or pet quality.

    For some reason the forum won't let me upload the pics from my camera...keeps telling me that they're the wrong file type, even though they're .JPG files. Here are a couple I took with my phone:
