We'd like to introduce to the BYC members our "The Garry Farm Certificates" which have been sold locally in our community and popular for the last 5 years. This is the perfect gift for now or anytime for in the spring to gift someone or yourself with hatching eggs or other items from our farm - baby chicks, ducks, guineas, turkeys, etc, hens, roosters, etc., produce, milk and eggs. Presently we are only shipping the hatching eggs, other items must be picked up at the farm. This certificate will of course only apply to hatching eggs from The Garry Farm!

We offer these in any denomination. Today we are auctioning off a $20 certificate to introduce the availability of these certificates

The certificates are valid for 1 year after purchase and they are available in any amount that you would like to purchase. Perfect for someone who likes fresh veggies, great eggs, milk, herbs, fruits, handmade items, baby bunnies, chicks, etc. and likes the idea of sponsoring a chemical free, sustainable farm.

Veggies, milk and eggs continue and now wonderful baby bunnies are available at the farm as well...Hatching eggs are available year round as well.

Please see feedback on our auctions under the current system as well as the old system.

    Mailing information:
We will mail you a certificate for you to send to the person of your choice (we can send either e mail or my postal mail). If you like we will also send directly to the recipient either via e mail or regular USPS mail.

You may use these certificates as payment toward auctions here on BYC as well!

Thank you so much for considering this time to sponsor a local farm while helping some one you love live a healthier and happier life!..Have a blessed day. Nancy

I am confused ( and also blonde so it may be me! [IMG] )

is this just an auction for a flat out 20.00 certificate or is it BUY a 20.00 certificate and GET a 20.00 additional ? The term discount is confusing me.... to me that says you get an additional 20.00 but that may be just me. Because if you buy the 20.00 there really is no discount, you've gotten what your purchased and nothing more.

    Just looking for clarification!

Can we also purchase them come spring and ask you to donate the amount of fresh farm goods to a local ( to you) food pantry?

Okay, HunterJumper, let me try to clarify.

It will be a $20 certificate. This auction offers you the ability to purchase one at 20% discount if there are no other bids above yours. You may apply it however you like. Since many of the people on BYC are not local, most are purchasing for hatching eggs. It will apply to anything sold on our farm as well, which includes other products, baby poultry, ducklings, guineas, turkeys, baby bunnies, etc. etc.

I was trying to say that you can apply the certificate toward hatching eggs. I believe I need to work on the title/content and appreciate your bringing this to my attention. You are the first to ask for clarification and I'm so glad you did. I like clarity and I'm sorry this was not clear!

We will gladly provide produce to a local agency that provides help to those in need as long as we do not have to deliver at great distance. There is such a charity in Bowdon, our home town, called BAUCM who would distribute veggies, milk etc to those in need.

I hope I've clarified your questions and would be glad to answer any more you might have.

Thank you so for your interest. Have a blessed and Happy New Years. Nancy
