21 day, no chicks

Why are my eggs not even pipped on the 21 day!? They are silkies, and I will try to give you every piece of info I know.
My humidity has been anywhere from 30-60 since day 1.
On lockdown the humidity was VERY high; 90 for a couple hours.
Candled on the 16 day and were almost fully dark with larger-than-normal air bubble.
Have small, grey spots on most of them.
My house is very loud at some moments.
They have been moved a small bit, and shaken a tad but I made sure that it wasn’t too shaken up.
This is my first ever hatch, and so I have learned a lot along the way. I guess I may just be a little too anxious, but I am sooo excited!

What date did you set the eggs? What temperature has your incubator been at, and is it still air or forced air? When you candled, did the air cells seem to develop correctly and grow at the proper rate? It sounds like they may be larger than they should be?
