25 day old pigeon squab not walking

Hello, I have two pigeon squabs, one of them is walking quite well and is becoming very adventuras, though I have another squabs that when it try's to walk around limps and falls on the ground and uses both wings to push it, both of the legs have feeling and they are not broken im not sure what can be wronge, can anyone give me an explanation, he looks so helpless, I don't know what could have happened, I repeat not broken and he can move it.

Are they spread apart from each other, like splay-leg?

Sounds like spayed leg to me. If you hobble its legs together it may help (hard to say after this this late). Good Luck 210175! Run a search on the Spayed leg for more advice.
