I started off in the correct hard form and then, just to test, I started to cheat and raised my hips up too high and it is so much easier.

Turns out every bodyweight exercise is easy if you don't engage the right muscles. Handstands are too hard? Stand on your feet. :lau

Extended arms: 1:08.15

Finding it easier to plank longer while listening to a song and keeping my eyes closed. Makes the time go faster and I'm not watching the seconds slowly tick by.
