Dang! My apologies yall was called in for some mandatory overtime and did some 15 hr shifts a couple days in a row and had some family issues that needed attended to. Plus this thread stopped giving me notifs so I completely forgot!

I'll continue on from the day I stopped and catch up today by doing as many sets as needed.

Have to go for an interview to a 2nd job so I can't put them in the sheet rn.
(All were done either on hands or elbows, some I transitioned halfway through, took about a 2-3 min break between each set)
