27 hens and only getting 7 eggs/day!!!

for some reason, my hens have gone on strike!! Most of them are a little over a year old, I haven't noticed any molting. However, the biggest change in the coop atmosphere is the loss of my 3 roosters about 2 months ago. I do have a 3 teenage roosters but the hens have nearly stopped laying in the last few weeks. Are the roos the issue?

Also, 1 roo I have is about 18 weeks, and the other 2 are 15 weeks. The oldest is starting to mount the girls like he knows what he's doing, but no one is crowing yet. I need help!!

Oh, I have the same question - I have 6 hens - 2 just became mommy hens, so they are not laying, but the other 4 were laying great until the hatch - now they are on strike too (sympathy pains? jealous?)..... 1 egg for the last 2 days? Hopefully someone will offer some wisdom... Mine are the same age as yours!
