Well today is the 2nd day of my flock integration and it has gone wonderfully! I feel so fortunate to not have had anything bad or ugly happen. Joon, my Barred Rock, is still establishing her rank by a lot of chasing, and poor Munk, my EE, is chased anytime she steps out of Joon's sight. BUT there has been little to no actual PECKING more because Joon rarely catches anybody. Today though things were a lot calmer. Joon was able to be within sight of the Brahma and Wyandottes without constantly giving chase, so that is great improvement! Here are a few pictures from today, everybody seems relaxed and happy! The Brahma and Wyandottes even explored the other side of the yard finally.
