2yr old rooster has a blue comb

My two yr old rooster has a blue comb. Hes been acting strange as of yesterday. I have had chickens for 4yrs now and have never seen this. what do I do???

Is it cold where you live? Could be frostbite. Also the blue usually means that the blood is not flowing into the comb. Can we see a pic of your roo?
