No other symptoms that I can tell, she's active/eating. No discharge, wheezing or signs of distress. Her crop is empty, and poops look normal. She's the only one doing this enough for it to be noticeable for me, should I worry?

They're all on medicated chick starter.

What breed is she?
Check inside her ears to make sure there is no dirt/debris in them. Inspect for external parasites. Are her nostrils free of feed and dirt? Also the eyes, any fluff or debris in them?

Flicking of the head could also be neurological. Add some poultry nutri-drench or vitamins containing Vitamin E to her water for a few days to see if that helps.

Just some thoughts.

Thanks for the reply,I still can't find anything wrong with her. I'm actually starting to think she does it when she hears noises. We live in town and I notice she does it a lot more when I talk to her or when dogs are barking/loud cars are driving by
