3 day old chick one eye closed and swollen

Morning everyone, my 3 day old chick has one eye which is shut and a tad swollen. I am bathing with water and it opens but I am a little bit suspicious of maybe some sort of problem with its mouth. It took a while to get to his feet and stabilise but seems to be walking better now but wondering if anything I could give it. Also I am not sure if in his mouth it looks a tad yellow? Is a silkie x pekin bantam. Any ideas would be great. Many thanks.

Pictures can be helpful. Could she have had egg shell stuck to her eye, or been pecked? Saline eyewash is very good to use. Lubricating or antibiotic eye drops or ointment may be helpful.
