3 hens on 4 eggs!

I have 3 hens sitting on the same 4 eggs. Well actually they are all sharing the box but only one is actually on the eggs. However, the other two are clearly brooding as well. Any suggestions as to how to handle this? They are all very protective of the hatch! The peeps are due this weekend.

I suggest you put eggs under the other two if you have them. I had two hens setting on the same nest and hatch out 10 chicks. The chicks had a hard time deciding who mama was.
