3 mo Golden Crested Polish - male or female?

I thought I heard a first-time crowing this morning. Could have just been a noise, but... you decide. I have a picture of the legs too if you want to check them out for sturdiness. I did not see any spurs.

I think I have my answer after reading all the older posts on Polish pullets vs roos. I believe I have a roo with the spikey crest and iridescent tail feathers. The waddle has just started coming out last weekend and becoming red. So sad. This was my only Polish in my flock and was hoping to keep her around.

I had some pullets, their crests where round, and they didnt have any wattle or comb until they got close to laying. I dont think I have any pictures though, I sold them. The pointed saddle and hackle feathers start coming in around 3-4 months on the cockerals, you could spread the feathers on the back apart and see if you see any coming in, they will aso be metallic.

Cockerel. Appears to also be a bearded polish.

Thank you everyone. I loved the pictures too. Definitely confirms that I have a boy. The beard is "news" to me, as I'm still learning about this breed.
