3 month old chicaccident y hit on head

Chic accidentally hit on head by the frame on a net about hour ago. Shivers, eyes closed.

Can you separate her from the rest of the chicks?
Keep her warm and see if she will drink a little water or eat for you.
Any broken skin/cuts?
Shivers/eyes closed sounds like she could have suffered some kind of brain damage.
