This post is for my buddy in California. She just got chickens, and i've been helping her as much as I can. However, she has one bird I can't seem to diagnose.
He is a commercial sebright (way too big and with a single comb..). Ever since she got him, he's been pretty much sitting there doing nothing. He has also been making odd noises. I told her what to look for in a respritory or oral problem, and nothing. He eats and drinks, but even when outside with the other 8 birds, he just sits there and sleeps. He doesn't seem to be underweight or wormy or Cocci infected...does anyone have any idea what's up? I'm stumped.
