My Easter Egger and buff Orphington (3 months ) have dry combs. They look a little white and dry. Does this mean anything??

I don't think it means anything but it could be frost bite if it was cold out and to help it put some mineral oil coconut oil olive oil or petroleum jelly on there combs

bag balm works well too. keep a eye on her and make sure it gets better. could be chapped from the weather. Frost bite usually turns black. hope this helps.

Ya frostbite does turn black if it's bad but if it's white or a yellowy color it's not really a bad case
