3 month old silkie: hens or Roos?

Hi everyone!
i am new to this website and new to owning chickens. I have 4 silkies, 2 Wyandotte’s, 1 EE, and 1 Rhode Island Red. They are all about 3 months old. Everybody is doing very well and getting along just fine. I am just curious if any of my silkies may be roosters. thank you in advance for any info you may provide!

#4 is looking like a roo but im really bad at telling silkie genders

I am also thinking 4 may be a roo. It is actually the smallest out of the 4 but it is also the least friendly so I go back and forth.
