3 month old silkie - roo?

I have a feeling Lovely my son's silkie is a rooster. No crow but it's feathers are changing. Very skiddish around people and the other chickens. Lowest in ranking. Thoughts? Sorry the pictures aren't great. Hard to snap a moving target.

I would guess pullet due to lack of waddles.

Pictures from every angle BUT, no straight on head shots - showing comb. I am thinking pullet because of nice round crest but, want to see the comb first
