What kind of feed should I be using for the male. I know egg laying feed isn’t good for them. They all eat together. He has an insatiable appetite.

I don't have a rooster but I no lots of people who do and they just feed them layers pellets

The farm that we get our chickens from fees rooster layers pellets aswell

I don’t have roosters but I do have hens that don’t lay too often. I feed them flock raiser with oyster shells on the side. You can also feed grower or all flock, which both have less calcium.
