Dear members,

I would most appreciate any hint on it, I'm trying to build a backyard flock for my mom, a nice elderly lady, who just lost two of her favorite ladies and got really really sad. However, she is not allowed to have roosters so, we need to figure this out.

I have two, 3 months old Jersey Giants, who were supposed to be pullets but are starting to look more like cockerels to me. Please check the pictures for more details, both are from the same hatching, same age, same size (weight), and look a lot to be the same gender.

Here goes the pics, please any help would be great.
P.s.: Don't mind the cage was the only way to keep them quiet enough for the pictures, after chasing them for a little.

Thanks a lot, Cheers.

Thank you guys, please any more hints? I would love to, as more as possible, be sure about the gender. Please give a look at the neck and tail, hackle and saddle feathers, they kind of, look a little too pointy to me.

Thanks so much for all help,

Following ClukerFamily suggestion, I've taken a few more pics (tried) of the saddle feathers. Some seen pointy, but looking close it is only the black color in the feather that is indeed pointy, the outer part of it is white and more rounded.

Again, thank you all so much for your time.
Here goes more pics.

I agree with pullets.
To help see if the saddle feathers are pointed, you could put a paper towel under the feathers to make them stand out more.
Thank you, I've added an attempt of pics from the supposed saddle feathers.
Please if possible give a look.
Kindly

You can be completely sure they're female.
Males by now would be showing saddle feathers. Yours have none. Therefore they cannot be male.
Most males would be showing a big amount of comb. Yours have barely any.
Thank you, I've added an attempt of pics from the supposed saddle feathers.
Please if possible give a look.
Kindly
