    They are my first...2 Dominques, an Ameraucana & a Welsummer. They are 6-7 months old & I was told they are laying. Can't wait for my first egg!!!

    Thanks! Yeah she said it was an Americuana? Im a newbie :) so I guess I just have to wait & see what color egg she lays.

    Thanks I've been goggling, read that link too...now im not sure. The lady I got them from said she was an Americuana. Everything about her looks like one but her legs are bright yellow & every article says their legs should be slate. She's only 6-7 months old. Could it be because of her age?
    Guess ill just have to wait & see... either way i just hope she at least lays a blue or green egg

    Many people get them confused. But she is really pretty, I wouldn't worry about it! ;). They don't lay until about 30 weeks, usually. I can't wait to get EE chicks in the spring!
