    Very disappointed, especially as they are not for me at all, I am hatching them for some other people. Hard phone call to make tonight, especially as I think one of the three has quit too.

    Hardly worth keeping the incubator on, and I am not setting more. 2 goose eggs. 30 days. And they are paying me to incubate them. I'll feel awful asking them for money now (but I will).

    Goose eggs are tough, according to the couple I got my guineas from. Folks come from as far away as Maine to pick up their hand-raised geese. They've been in business for years and years, and consider themselves very lucky to have 50% hatch rates. I hope you get a couple of babies!

    Me too, although the couple I'm doing them for have, thankfully, an inexhaustable, if random, supply of eggs. They just have to hunt them down every day.
