I have a 3week old chick that was just looking sleepy earlier today, she has since started sneezing, seems to have heavy breathing. and sounds a tad raspy. She was in a brooder with 4 other chicks. a 3week old RIR, 2~ 10day old EE, and 1- 2week old polish. The chick with issues and the RIR were purchased together. The 2 EE were added on the 13th and the polish was added last friday. ALL the other chicks seem fine right now. I have moved her to a crate alone. I have given her some raw garlic and honey and added probiotics to her water. What should I be on the lookout for with her, and the other chicks, what else can I do to help her and protect the other chicks? Im hoping to raise these chicks the most natural way we can, so hoping to avoid antibiotics/chemicals.
Im so worried of waking up tomorrow to a dead baby &/or all my babies sick. :(

While I understand the desire to remain "natural" are you open to the use of antibiotics if that is what the situation calls for? Asking because, based on your post, this sounds like a situation where the choice may come down to medicate or lose this bird and potentially the rest as well (given the incubation period and probability that transmission took place prior to symptoms showing).

Happy to say my chick is now doing much better. I gave them all raw garlic, honey, and probitotics. ACV in the water. She is no longer sneezing and the rest of her brooder mates never started sneezing either. I will continue giving these and keep her isolated through the weekend and hopefully be able to put her back in with her friends early next week. She is very displeased being away from her buddies and at times makes sure everyone knows!
