3 Week Old Mille Fleur d'Uccle: Cockerel or Pullet?

I noticed that my 3 week old Mille Fleur d'Uccle is beginning to show a larger comb than the Porcelain d'Uccle of the same age; I can even see the smallest hints of red skin on the "chin".

Interesting! I've seen pictures of Mille Fleur d'Uccle roosters and they are gorgeous birds. I already have a rooster (though he isn't at the top of the pecking order yet; one of my two Buff Orpingtons is), so I guess I'll have to see how this eventually works out.
