Hello beautiful helpers! I've got three ISA Brown hens, hatched March, 2018. Never had an issue with any.

Suddenly one did not climb the coop ramp last night and is still not moving much this morning. Floppy comb, not eating, just a sip or two of water, laboured breathing (4-second video of that here:

Any suggestions?

THANK YOU!!!

She looks to be molting, and that is a time of stress where we can see illness. Check her crop and feel if it is empty, full, hard, dough-like, or puffy. How does her vent area look? Is there poop, and lice or mites or their droppings, or any enlargement/swelling back there? Has she lost weight through her breast muscle mass? Can you offer some Poultry NutriDrench 2 ml orally or electrolytes?
