I just took the turkeys on their oneway field trip and they came back 31.5 pounds for the hen and 35.5 pounds for the tom. They were both BBB. I'm taking the Bourbon red tom in soon, I want him to be fresh and not frozen for Thanksgiving.

This has been my first time raising turkeys for meat and I would definitely do it again.
