I got 7 young guineas at auction tonight, 2 buff dundottes (1 female for sure, and I think the other is female as well), 2 lavenders and 3 pearls (of undetermined sex). Averages out to less than $5 each, and they are at least 2 1/2 months old, some are closer to 4 months judging by their size. I did good, right? [IMG]

Quote:$10 each for day-olds?? They better have been rare colors! I sell my young ones at $5 each, and that's around 4-6 weeks old!

Crazy people....I had a guy trying to tell me at the auction that his 'spangled banties' were not old english, and that bantams and banties were two different things ???? Ok buddy, whatever you say [IMG]

ETA: and that there is no such thing as an old english bantam....
