While I am waiting for my current hatch to finish I thought I would show you something new.

At 8am this morning the post office called to tell me I had boxes waiting. I threw on my shoes and off I went down the drive way.

The boxes came in great shape and all eggs are intact.

My offcial egg inspector helped to make sure everything was perfectly fine as we marked and set the eggs for settling.

They will go in the bator tonight.

April 17 is Day 1. May 7 is Day 21.

    Here we go again!

Woman, you could seriously use some professional help with your addiction or else spread it around and share it with the rest of the folks. You've got a bad case of it. [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

Wow! You can't even wait for one hatch to be done before starting another! I think you're beyond the 12 step program!

I'm putting mine in on Friday, so I'll only be a couple days behind you! It's my first ever batch though, not whatever you are on for the year-I've lost track. Your little guy must be in heaven with all the little ones around there!

Last year when the weather got hot I lost every single hatch I tried. I don't plan to hatch through the summer. It is now or wait until fall or next spring. I think the time is now. Maybe by fall my pullets might be laying and I can try a hatch of my own eggs.

This is also why I have 6 bators - three 1588's and three homemade.

There's an abandoned one about a mile from the house every time we pass it I ponder all the marvelous things I could do with it. Dh just gets this look in his eyes and says don't even think about it. [IMG]
