I got this bird from a feed store at two days old. They told me he was a Golden-Laced Wyandotte (obviously not, but they also told me he was a she  ). I'm thinking he's a light brown leghorn or barnevelder (is that spelled right?). Thoughts? The photos of him about to stand up are when he was about 2 months old.

Not a leghorn, the ear lobe color is wrong, and the body type is wrong. Maybe a welsummer.

I haven't ruled that out, but I do have another one that is a Welsummer and the mystery bird is a lot larger and has smaller waddles.

This is my Welsummer. Both chickens are the same age. Of course, every bird is unique, right? :)

Sorry! I realized I hadn't said how old they are now. They are currently six days away from being five months old.
