4 1/2 month old hen has blood on her back end

We noticed this and have separated her from the others as they were pecking at her. Could this have been caused by our rooster? They are all 4 1/2 months old. Could something else be going on? Wondering if we should get rid of our rooster.

possibilty that it could be a rooster or it could be hens
once they see blood they keep pecking it so let her heal up and then try her again and pay a bit of attention and see if any peck her if so you might want to permantly seperate her
