4/5 Week Pullets or Cockerels??

First time chicken owner, do you guys have any insight on whether these are male or female or too early to tell? The darker head one is a Rhode Island Red and the lighter one is supposedly a buff Minorca but I’m not too sure on that. It could also be a gold sex link. The feed store didn’t know which it was.
