Just saying, at four days old it's pretty much impossible to tell if they haven't been vent sexed. Feather sexing only works under certain circumstances and these aren't auto sexing breeds.if i was in person, i could probably tell you, but wait till 6 weeks + to find out!
i was talking about vent sexing, but they actually are a auto-sexing breed, it isn't always accurate though.Just saying, at four days old it's pretty much impossible to tell if they haven't been vent sexed. Feather sexing only works under certain circumstances and these aren't auto sexing breeds.

That is what i thought, it just can sometimes be inaccurate. You're supposed to be able to sex the Barred Rocks by a combination of the size of their head spots, down color, and leg size. I'm not sure how accurate it is.
Thanks!Sexing Barred Plymouth Rock chicks is pretty darn accurate. The photos don't show much is all. Need to see the legs and spot of each chick.
