I am in Maryland and I have 3 hens, 2 barred rocks and 1 Rhode island red. All have been laying ok through the winter, however we have had some pretty cold snaps, no additional light source. They all seems to be acting okay, eating drinking. I just want to know if it is possible that they may be taking a break no need for worry. This is my first time with chickens, so I worry about everything!!! Thank you in advanced!!
