Oh my gosh, my husband totally just bought me 4 baby chicks!!!!
2 Rhode Island Reds, and 2 white. They are adorable!!
I cannot be more excited....I got to meet them really quick during my lunch break, and have to wait
to see them again for 3.5 more hours.....
Anyways, they are settled in their new little home in the spare room, keeping warm with their lamps and chirping away.
    I am so excited!!!
    Just wanted to share...

Well they are all nestled in 'bed' for the night. Thermometer showing 96 degrees, I hope they stay cozy for their first night at home. I had not told my husband what they look like sleeping...well he had gone in to check on them earlier and found one 'dead'...went to pick her up, feeling sad that we had lost one already and she jumped up and ran off. He was like, uh, were you sleeping?? hahaha...

Happy Happy girls this morning!! Just moved them from their small little temporary home into their bigger home..
Temp stayed perfect all night, they are huddled up this morning waiting for the temp to build up after being moved.
    From top to bottom:
    Foghorn (a female version)
Henrietta (doesn't everybody need a Henrietta?)
Little (like Chicken Little, she is the smallest)
    and Stu (or stew...lol)

    Love my baby girls!
