4 week old Rhode Island Red; Male or Female?

So we have a Rhode Island Red who's feathers are speckled, and not a soft red like the other. We know that the others are hens, but is this one a cockerel?

Ok, thanks. I'll just watching. I love Chocobo, but we can only have hens in our area. Here's hoping we won't have to give Chocobo up.

Chocobo is looking like a pullet. @fbonzoli , your bird is a cockerel.

With my RI who appears to be a roo, the first obvious sign was the comb becoming larger and redder. Chocobo doesn't seem to have that yet so I'm guessing pullet. I'm brand new at this though!
