Hey guys, I'm at a loss

One of my 4 week old silkie hens is having trouble. She was perfectly fine this morning when I left for work. I went in to check on them when I got home (and to take them outside for the first time) but this one girl was laying with her head under her body... I thought it was just a quarky chicken at first, but now she's walking that way, and barely responding to me when I "bug" her, to get her to run/flap/whatever (show energy)...
    What could be causing this?
    How can I treat her?
Should I separate her from the other girls?

Sounds kind of like Wry Neck. Does it look like it's stuck down there?
    I'd start treating asap!
