Hi! I’m in CT temps ranging in the 50s-60s this week. Lows overnight around 40-50s.
I’ve been keeping my chicks in a large Tupperware type container in my porch with a head brooder plate. I’ve been putting them out in their coop during the day for maybe 6 hours then bringing back in the brooder box at night. They have a lot of feathers!
When do you think I can leave them out in the coop permanently without heat?

Wow, nice coop!
 
As you can see from the replies above, it's debatable. Maybe they can, maybe they can't. I'd play it safe, and run an extension cord out to the coop so you can put their heater plate in it. Then sleep well, they'll be fine.
