Any tips and tricks to get them to start laying, I've been feeding them red pepper flakes and upped their calcium.

One is 18 months and the other 3 are 7/8 months. They were all laying 5 weeks ago.

I would say the 18mo one is probably in a molt. The other 3 they seem a bit young for a molt. Has the weather been unusually warm where you live? I find that sometimes if it gets really hot, or the weather gets unseasonably cold they will stop laying for a while.

Summer was horribly hot, but they laid during the summer. It's been mid 50's at night and high 70's during the day. I guess they could be molting, but it's never lasted this long for us.

Are they hiding their eggs somewhere in the yard?

    Molting typically takes 60-90 days.

Okay I'm still getting no eggs from these girls, they are such free loaders. They are done molting and are round and fat.
