    I got the girls out in the run today. I got some decent pics. think we can start sexing? I should have 1 roo in the bunch somewhere, the rest should be hens. I have 9 total...
    6 ee's (one of these is supposed to be a roo)
    2 delawares
    and 1 buff orpington (I had 2 of these, but one died on the 1st night [IMG] )

    This little EE is called Bling, she got her name because she likes to peck my wedding band... a lot hehe

    [IMG]

    this is bugsy, the Buff Orpington. She was the 1st one (that I saw) to eat a bug that got in the brooder.. she was lightning fast [IMG]

    [IMG]

    This is Dela-one, one of the Delawares.

    [IMG]

    Here is Dela-two, she absolutely loved the soft dirt, all she did was take dust baths the entire time [IMG]

    [IMG]

    This EE is named Moulan. The wife said she had too much eye makeup.

    [IMG]

    This is Scruffy, I thought that he may be the roo because he started feathering out later than the other ee's, but now I am not sure...

    [IMG]

    Here is Spazz, She absolutely LOVES me.. she will come fly/run/jumping to me when I come in the room, knocking the others out of the way.

    [IMG]

    This is the fastest little chick in the world! thats prolly why she got named Speedy [IMG]

    [IMG]

    And last but not least, we have SWC (Strange White Chick) She is the smallest EE

    [IMG]

    Thats my little flock, I hope you like the pics [IMG] I love these little gals (and guy)
    I hope that some one can Identify the roo in here, It would be nice to know if I accidentally named one a bit too feminine [IMG]

    thanks all [IMG]

    Really early so these guesses are PURELY for fun! LOL

    Bling = pullet
    Moulan = pullet
    Spaz = cockerel
    Speedy = pullet

    The only reason I see Spaz = cockerel is the way it's feathering, but like I said it's way early to tell but those are my guesses. My EE cockerel had a pinkish tint to his comb around 4-5 weeks.

    Interesting, If Spazz is the cockrel, he is the nicest one [IMG] I guess it would be cool to have a friendly roo [IMG]

    I would say that spaz it your roo. I'm not very good at this though. But the feathering, feather color, and stance scream ee roo to me

    My very uneducated guess would be Spazz for your roo, too.
