4 weeks old- silver laced or not?

I was sold this chick as a Silver Laced Wyandotte from mypetchicken, but she's 4 weeks and has no lacing pattern. One picture is of her next to my silver laced Polish that came in the same day old chick shipment. Are her feathers going to change as she gets older, or is she a terrible specimen?

From a hatchery, it's hard to say how her lacing will turn out. I do see what looks like the start of lacing in some of her feathers, so I expect she will eventually have lacing, just give her time.

That's strange, she almost looks mottled instead of laced.

But hatchery birds often have odd pattern variations and her lacing is likely to improve over the next few juvenile molts.

She looks more authentic than mine that is supposed to be silver laced as well so we’ll just have to compare notes as they mature. Mine has a suspicious gold spot on the top of her head lol
