4wk old Easter Egger walks hunched over. Acts like she is having dizzy spells...?

We have 6 4wk old chicks but one Easter Egger doesn't walk upright like the others and actually hunches when she moves. She is unstable and falls to her side like she is dizzy. She will not perch but eats and drinks normally. She is on vitamin water and loves scrambled eggs for a treat. Read today about giving her calcium (crushed up egg shells). Not sure what else to try,. Any advice would be appreciated! Thank You!

Do not give calcium to a 4 week old chick. They do not need extra calcium until they are laying eggs or around 20 weeks old. Vitamins are good, just make sure they are chick vitamins or you can give polyvisol baby vitamins 1-2 drops by mouth per chick. Did your chicks get a Mareks vaccine?
