5-6 week old brahma seems sick

Hi, I've got a brahma chick who seems to be a bit sick, I'll list the symptoms below

• Heavier breathing than the others
• Slight clicking sound when breathing
• Partially opens beak when inhaling
• Randomly moving its beak like it's chewing on something
• Lethargic, but still slowly walks around. Squints/closes eyes while standing for about a minute at a time
• Very watery poops. It seems orange-ish in color, similar to the top bar of this site actually
• Not much interest in food
• Making no noises at all

I'm hoping it's not serious. None of the other chicks have any of these symptoms thankfully, and any information would be much appreciated.

Do you notice any areas in the neck, chest, or sides, under the skin where air seems to be? A leaking air sac from a bump to the body can cause clicking. It also could be heart or breathing related. Orange droppings, lethargy, and no appetite might also be a sign of possible coccidiosis. Corid added to the water 2 tsp of the liquid Corid per gallon can be used as a treatment. The powder dosage is 1.5 tsp.
