5 day old production red chick looks sick, help.

I have a 5 day old production red that is looking Sick, she barely eats or drinks and has watery stool with a vent that seems to pulsate a while after she poops, she is a bit smaller then her five sisters. But none of the other chicks are sick, she just stands around and sleeps, waddling over to her sisters and naps, I'm able to get her to drink a little water if I dip her beak, her crop is empty with just a little hard ball in it. Otherwise she looks great no nasal drainage or cloudy eyes. Anyone have any suggestions, it's breaking my heart

That's normal for vents to do that. She could possibly be in need of warmth.
