5 month old male mallard

my male mallard duck cant stand up every time he tries he rolls to his sides.. he cant swim either when we put him in the water he rolls to his sides.. he wont eat or drink either does anyone know what might b wrong with him.. he was 1 day old when I got him and the other 7 in may of 2015.. the other 7 ducks r fine but they wont go near him.. please help..

He may have botulism. If you can get him to a vet a.s.a.p. I would.

If not and in any case, if it's botulism he needs lots of fresh water to drink, a quiet place to rest, and you want to consider whether to give him a flush and a charcoal slurry. I would.

But I can only make a guess as to what's wrong. But here is the information.
