5 week old buff orpington girl or boy

This is my first flock and I’ve been soooo worried one of my girls is a boy. This is Buffy, super sweet bird. I only have one Buff Orpington, so I don’t have a comparison, but Buffy’s comb is growing pretty fast!

Definitely a cockerel! I have 4.5 week old buffs and their combs are much smaller.

Boy absolutely.
I love the roosters' crows. Just plain adorable. Especially when they're learning.

I have 13 week old BO Pullets that have combs much smaller than that and any wattle growth is still minimal in mine. So, yours is a male!

I think I’ll wait till I’m sure it’s a boy, and then reach out to my chicken friends for a home
