5 week old chicks with red combs?

    So it's looking like I have a bunch of roosters again! There are 21 and most have red combs. But I got the Americauna this time and their combs I'm not used to- I think rose combs. So not sure what the standard is for those. Any red on their comb at 5 wks would mean rooster right?

    Yes, any pink/red before 6-8 weeks is a rooster.

    Thank you! So you think the 2 with rose combs at the bottom are roosters? I think all of them look like this with red at the top of beak [​IMG]

    Yes, those 2 are definitely roosters.

    All of the chicks in the pictures posted are roosters.
