6.5 month old frizzled weirdo cochin. Help!

This chicken looked unquestionably like a female until about a month ago and now looks like a roo! All the sudden his/her comb and wattle grew and changed colors- darker than my hens but not as red as my roos, and the comb and wattle are bigger than my hens but not as big as my roos! I'm so confused. I think I have a Bruce Jenner chicken Lol Help!

If these wattles and comb just appeared recently and this bird is 6 1/2 months old, I’d be more inclined to think it is a point of lay pullet. Let’s check with @Overo Mare
